A workshop with two major objectives: to develop the kinaesthetic sensitivity and to promote authentic expressivity. Dimitri has been working for more than 20 years with dancers, actors, musicians, caregivers and people from other professional fields and developed new teaching approaches in dance. His research has been nourished by experiences with somatic education practices (Pilates, Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering, etc.) to finally focus on a French method based on the very subtle fluid movements of connective tissues: Pedagogy of perception (a branch of fascia-therapy). By working with the tools of this method, we observe spontaneous of muscle pain relief, increased postural awareness and renewal of expressive and creative impulses.

In addition to this line of work, there will be the usual fusion of currents and aesthetics in the metamodern perspective: a reflexive and inclusive work that allows the experimentation of all forms of dance: modern and post-modern, Skinner release, butoh , African dance, physical theater, etc. And also, by being assistant to the Shaolin master Shi Yan Jun for 6 years, his tools have also been enriched with his practice of Tai Chi (Chen style).
