Fall and dance!
Return from “holidays” for some, continuation of projects for others, the heat affects our thoughts and dilates our capillaries, forcing us sometimes to assume beneficial slowing down : for the self and for the world.

How to spend your holidays differently today, when the number of flights continues to explode and magical places turn into bazaars without soul? (See article in French on  Télérama). Moreover, the very concept of holidays seems to need redefinition(s), in this century of great migrations, (French article : Noblesse & prolétariat)

Omnivion financed the trip and the participation of Dimitri Tsiapkinis, at the European Conference on Democratic Schools “EUDEC 2018 – Explore, Exchange, Enjoy” from August 1 to 7, in Korfes, Crete, Greece (Site : eudec.gr/en/). Dimitri has found artistic and educational material for Newtopia 7 (2019) and will be happy to share his experience with you at our meetings during the new artistic season.

September 28, 2018: Newtopia 6.3, at the University Psychiatric Clinic (adolescents) / St.Cyr-sur-Loire. A performance by Dimitri Tsiapkinis for hospitalized youth, with excerpts from his solo Bear Orange Lights II. A festive conclusion of two years of choreographic workshops and performances within the clinic.
