Ahlam Ettamri attended since 2002, the contemporary dance training of Al Mokhtabar, provided by the Anania dance company in Morocco (Marrakech). After this training she received a scholarship for two years by the Embassy of France in Morocco, and the National Choreographic Centre of Tours (CCNT). She was then admitted to the Regional Conservatory Francis Poulenc of Tours, and in parallel she participated to the workshops organized by the CCNT under the direction of Bernardo Montet. She continued to train at Halet Eghayan Dance class studies in Lyon, and the National School of Music and Dance Montreuil. During 2004-2011, she has performed for the dance company Anania in Marrakech, co-directed by Taoufiq Izeddiou, Bouchra Ouizguen and Saïd Ait El Moumen. She participated to all the creations of Taoufiq Izeddiou and accompanied him during his touring in Europe and Africa until 2011. In 2005, she collaborated to the creation Apnea by Dimitri Tsiapkinis with the xsoma dance collective in Thessaloniki, Greece.
For Omnivion she composed two performances at the National Choreographic Center of Tours: The Maid, which was presented in the context of Plumes d’Afrique Festival (2012) and Duel of the Roses during Newtopia 2 (2014). Between 2014 and 2017, she is an assistant choreographer for the Newtopia project.
