Lapis-lazuli is a cultural project aiming for artistic education and more specifically on introducing youngsters to contemporary dance (psychiatric context).

Dimitri Tsiapkinis fullfilled a university research project (Master 2) that questions the relevance of this workshop; It is freely accessible (French language only) on the website of the Fernando Pessoa University (Porto/Portugal) : bdigital.ufp.pt/tsiapkinis

This pedagogical adventure is part of the global project Newtopia and concerns young patients in the psychiatric clinic of CPU of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire. This workshop also concerns a part of the healthcare team who is involved with passion in this creative adventure. A solidary action gathering diverse media of expression and creativity to stimulate authenticity, social involvement and citizenship, while regenerating self confidence for its participants.
