Popi Sfika –

graduate of the State School of Dance in Athens, she continued her studies at the Merce Cunningham Dance Foundation/NY.  Founding member of the dance company Sine Qua Non. She has collaborated with the companies Lathos Kinisi, Emmeleia, and Iris. She has choreographed among others  Femina-nai, Microcosmos, etc. Ever since 1996 she has been teaching contemporary dance and choreography in professional schools and has been collaborating with the Municipality of Thessaloniki. She has organized contemporary dance workshops and is founding member of the Dance Association of Macedonia and Thrace.
