Inclusive choreographic and artistic events developed around the belief that dance participates in the construction and re-construction of self and community.<\/p>\n

This year’s new Omnivion project, “Inground – Insky” draws its theme from the phenomenon of death, and our rituals around death. Death in all its states: abandonment, destruction, rebirth, rite of passage to other worlds, jubilation of nothingness. Death in all its colorfulness, by observing from afar the sometimes festive rituals of other cultures. Yes, death is not only the absolute evil. It is also the soil that renews life. Artists, priests and philosophers appropriate this mysterious state to enrich our visions and conceptions of death. A questioning, with plenty of colors, on our intimate, philosophical and aesthetic relationship with this upsetting stage of… human life.<\/p>\n
